- Liaise with Pakistan Customs, port authorities, terminals, and bonded carriers
- Handle incident management, crisis response, and operational escalations
- Recruit, train, and evaluate operational and field staff
- Ensure SOP compliance, data integrity, reporting, and internal controls
- Coordinate with IT/Technology teams for system improvements
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
